The Darkness och Glenn Hughes klara!
The Darkness fick ett smått sensationellt genombrott med debutplattan ”Permission to land” och hitsingeln ”I believe in a thing called love” 2003.
The Darkness and Glenn Hughes ready!, two new acts is now confirmed for the Sweden Rock Festival: The Darkness and Glenn Hughes performs classic Deep Purple The Darkness got a somewhat sensational breakthrough with debut album ”Permission to land” and the hit single ”in the believe in a thing called love ”in 2003 After a 90 ’s where anything that resembled the previous decade skyddes like the plague got The Darkness world to classic hard rock, melodic rock party again Many missed them due to late game time last time they were at Sweden Rock-now return the for an afternoon gig! Glenn Hughes broke through on a broad front because of their time in Deep Purple in the 70 ’s. Now he is touring for the first time with material only from the three classic Purple-album he appeared on: ”Burn”, ”Stormbringer” and ”Come taste the band” a given reservation to the Festival, of course-especially considering that Glenn like few others of his generation has their vocal abilities fully intact!
